Flavours are derived from the freshest ingredients possible, be it locally sourced fruit, fresh vanilla beans, or top quality New Zealand produced dairy product. All eggs are free range, the chocolate used is sourced from 100% sustainable farming, and our coffee beans always ethically sourced and traded directly when possible.
The main driving force is always flavour, treating ingredients the best way I can for them to shine as they are, using complimentary flavours to elevate the experience.
